Product Updates
Unispend Launch
We are incredibly excited to share the news that we launched our latest product, Unispend!
A fantastic launch party was held on 1st March that saw crypto enthusiasts gather for the first-of-its-kind premiere of a revolutionary development in the crypto marketplace.
Unispend is a crypto-to-commerce protocol that allows crypto users to purchase real-life products directly with crypto, streamlining the buying process and making it easier than ever to use cryptocurrency in everyday life.

Chipay
Incredible updates have been made on Chipay to better accommodate for user needs and to ensure security for our users.
Self-driven onboarding for organizations
Users can now create an account and set up their organization by themselves without needing assistance from customer support. The onboarding process guides users through the steps required to create an organization, add team members, and request verification quickly.
14 days free trial
We now offer a 14-day free trial for new users, allowing them to try our product before committing to a subscription. Once an organization is successfully approved, users have access to all features and functionalities of the product during the trial period.
Payment Request using Metaward
Metaward is a one-click shareable Payment Request Link that Chimoney's corporate clients can use to send global payouts to thousands of users in any country, currency, or payment option. Chimoney clients can create a unique Payment Request Link and share it via email, social media, or any messaging platform. The recipient clicks on the link and is directed to a secure payment portal to enter the amount and other payment details before submitting the request. On the Chimoney Dashboard, Administrators of the Organization can view all the requested payments and handle the settlements with a single click.

Improved security
We have implemented additional security measures to protect our users further and prevent unauthorized access to the platform.
Secure Redeem Links
Secure value redeem links ensures that the redeeming process of a reward or value is protected from fraudulent activities or unauthorized access.
Expirable Redeem Links
All redeem links have an expiration of 30 days which ensures the recipient funds are safe and can be accessed by themselves.
OTP verification
Done via SMS, email, and Twitter handles, it provides an additional layer of security to authenticate the user's identity before granting access to redeem Chimoney/value.

Company Highlights
Chimoney Joins Google for Startups
In addition to all the exciting developments that have been happening at Chimoney, we're thrilled to announce that we've been selected to participate in the Google for Startups Accelerators program. This prestigious program provides valuable resources and support as we grow and innovate.
The program will unlock opportunities to use AI and ML to bring hyper-personalized global payments and commerce to web3 while staying true to our vision.
We Were Present at AC Studio Showcase!
Chimoney was present at the AC studio showcase in Waterloo, Ontario!
We met many other startups building unique products, shared our vision with several people, and got the opportunity to connect with startups in the AC studio venture accelerator.
Kudos to our founder, Uchi, for representing us, and we are also excited to be part of the AC Studio Venture program organized by the Canadian government.

Highlights from FOSS Backstage 2023
Finally, we want to celebrate our recent presentation at the FOSS Backstage event by our Community and DevRel Manager, Omotola Omotayo.
She presented on the state of open source for contributors, the challenges with its current approaches, and highlighted opportunities for distributing revenue to Open source projects and individual contributors.
It was an honor to share our work and vision with an engaged and enthusiastic audience, and we're excited to continue building on that momentum.
